Pecan Grove Village III is located east of South Kyrene Road between West Warner Road and West Elliot Road in Tempe, Arizona, U.S.A. It was created in 1993 and consists of 86 homes and common areas along South Kyrene Road (Tracts B, C, and D in the map below) and adjacent to the southeast corner of the neighborhood (at the corner of Palomino Drive and Dromedary Drive, Tract A in the map below).
